  2. Keep It Accessible: Always have a 2L water bottle on hand—whether at your desk, in your gym bag, or in your car. The easier it is to access, the more likely you are to drink, it is easier to track a 2L water bottle then the plastic small ones. 


  3. Track Your Intake: Consider using apps or simple charts to monitor your water consumption. Staying aware of your intake can encourage better habits.


  4. Add Flavour: If plain water doesn’t excite you, try infusing it with fruits, herbs, or citrus, you can also use amino acid supplements. This can make hydration more enjoyable and flavourful!
